The London County Ethos:
Coaching 4 R.E.S.U.L.T.S.

We create greater opportunities for people, to understand (for themselves), how our Philosophy can enhance their lives in a meaningful way over time. The ‘London County Cricket Club Experience’ is centred on three key elements:

1. A Collective Vision - the importance of participation in this

2. A Collective Effort - understanding the importance of the qualities for relationship-building (both existing and new) and the expansion of ‘self ’

3. A Bigger Picture – contributing to the development of others and a better society.

Our ‘Coaching 4 R.E.S.U.L.T.S’ ethos is about creating :

  • Responsible
  • Environments with
  • Specialists 4
  • Unique
  • Learning with
  • Time 4
  • Self-discovery

The one2one London County Bespoke Mentoring Programmes nurture people ‘in balance’ by using ‘The Performance Pyramid’ developed in consultation with Professional Mentor Dr Ken West from America. The base of The Performance Pyramid is ‘The Plan’.

Our balanced development programmes are centred on applying learning experiences from all of ‘The 4xI’s’ (Intelligences) which make up the four sides of The Performance Pyramid. The vision of ‘The 4xI’s’ is to develop every ‘Intelligence’ in balance with each other :

  • Business Intelligence- developing a personal brand, defining values, ensuring a balanced exchange of energy
  • Emotional Intelligence- understanding and managing personal responses to experiences and others
  • Tactical Intelligence- understanding importance of timing, strategy, quality decision-making and intuitive ‘feel’
  • Technical Intelligence- developing the ‘hardware’ to execute strategy successfully.

London County Workshops offer an opportunity to people to experience the London County Philosophy and understand more about 'self'; the meaning of respect; the concept of space; and how energy works best.

We invite people into ‘our space’ and create experiential learning. Our mentoring style enables people to have fun and learn. We stimulate people's thinking and allow them sufficient ‘personal space’ to enable their personal growth and development.

Our Workshops offer people an opportunity for reflection. They are designed to empower the individual to become increasingly responsible for their own development with an increased awareness of ‘self’, over time.

Good conversation is an art in communication, and in particular conversation. Our Leadership Workshops offer people involved in senior management and those aspiring to this level, an opportunity to share conceptual ideas; enjoy reflection; and observe the application of ideas on both an individual and group basis in a 'safe environment’. It is an opportunity for people to expand their leadership and interpersonal skills. Our ‘Let’s Talk Sport and Life’ concept offers people time and space in the company of experienced Mentors who support the process.

Workshops are of 1-day, 3-day, and 8-day duration. They take place at top-class venues including Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa in Surrey, 'home from home' for England’s World-Cup Winning Rugby Team. Our 8-day Workshop is named ‘Food for the Soul' and is a ‘back to nature’ experience held near The Drakensberg Mountains in South Africa.

Our Professional Mentors create contexts which are in keeping with our ethos and aligned to our Philosophy. London County Workshops nurture people to be able to enjoy the self-discovery process and encourage everyone to discover new territory. This enables the learning process to be self-recursive.
