The London County Process

London County Cricket Club Mentoring

Ours is an informal process where we look at what is meaningful for people we are connecting with.

What is their experience, what is their struggle, what will be a meaningful experience for them? It is a very connective process. Our mentoring is flexible and need-orientated for the people we are working with.

Our workshops are not about a management manual, it is not a cook-book style learning process. It is more about what does the individual need, how can we assist the individual at this point in time with their struggles. How can we best help the individual to be a better performer in their field tomorrow and in the future? It is a co-involved process: we care, we want the best for those we connect with.

Our process is about people behaving without the façade of the ‘mask of competence’. We help people to remove their ‘mask’ and be real, be human. This way, people can grow from the inside out. It is not a cosmetic process.

The quality of the reflection we offer is key in the process. Creating the time as a priority for reflection is a very important stage in the growth process.

Our workshops are never the same. There is no manual.

We enable each individual to feel that people are genuinely listening to what they think, what they feel, and what their struggle is. This is why we are so effective.

We pull together the whole process. We link on to the needs of those we interact with to enable them to take the next steps in their process.
