London County aims to build successful relationships with commercial sponsors for its projects, programmes and other activities.
We will also be looking to identify the right Official Partners to work with on an ongoing basis.
In 2011, we will be inviting applications from ambitious young people who have aspirations to work commercially in sport as their chosen career. We will be offering mentoring support (from experienced commercial people) for talented people who want ‘work experience’ or ‘part-time’ employment to supplement their academic/university studies.
We intend to appoint a Commercial Director to oversee the important growth and development of our commercial activity. We want to build further on the quality projects, programmes, workshops and other activities we have offered since London County was re-formed as ‘more than a cricket club’, by former cricketer Neil Burns, in 2004.
